My preferred destination for a weekend getaway in Hatyai. My husband and I have had a few pleasant stays there, with kind staff at the reception and gym. The swimming pool and gym are well-maintained. Although it may seem remote at first, you'll discover its proximity to the Asean and highway.

Nice hotel, very well worth the price. Only issue I experienced were the out of control Malay kids, I recommend checking for Malaysian national holidays/school terms before staying here as they let their kids run wild with no care in the world. They would try to open our door and kept banging on it even when we asked them to stop. The families all kept their doors open and shouted at each other from each room. Luckily the hotel staff relocated us to another floor with no Malay families.

What a gem in Hatyai. It’s a bit further away from the city Centre so having a car is more convenient. Friendly service. Clean place. Kid friendly. Nice sports facilities. We had two young kids with us and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves in the pool. Highly recommend.

AC Sport Center is a great place for a tennis holiday with 4 indoor tennis courts. Do book court time when booking hotel rooms to avoid last minute disappointments. The tennis courts are booked in the evenings 7-10pm when they serve tennis “buffets”, where anyone can join their friendly games.

Room was alright with 2 twin bed for 1 adult with 2 teenaged child. You need to book to use the badminton or tennis court. We rented the racquets and shuttlecocks as well. Swimming pool is free usage for hotel guests. Restaurant serve limited ala carte Thai dishes, but quite delicious. Almost 20 mins walk to the central festival mall. Night walking back to the hotel could be very dark at certain stretch of the road leading to the hotel. Overall, nice experience and very helpful staff during our stay.

Book a room here for 3 nights. My room didn't get cleaned at the first night. By the way the room is nice and clean. Big room with cozy bed and a big day bed in room. The facility is just okay but they don't provide slippers and hair dryer (you must request at the reception and pay some deposit). There are only some tiny bottles of bath gel and shampoo. The transportation here is not comfortable, no public transport around. This place is outstanding because it's also a sport center. Client can use free facility at the gym and pool. There's also a big badminton court. Staff have service mind. Cheap price. Worth your money.
